Minulou sezónu nastoupil do nejnižší české fotbalové soutěže nový tým. FC Roma je děčínský klub okresního přeboru, který je složen převážně z romských hráčů. „Já když někoho nemám rád, tak ho budu chtít porazit,“ říká trenér Pavel Horváth. Soupeři to ale vidí jinak a většina z nich romský klub bojkotuje. Pro FC Roma tak začíná trochu zvláštní sezóna. Někdy se hraje, někdy se nehraje, dopředu není nic jisté a klub vyhrává většinu zápasů kontumačně. Fotbalisté FC Roma ale neztrácejí smysl pro humor a bojují jak na hřišti, tak mimo něj. Někdy je to ale těžší, než si představovali: ztrácejí se jim míče, hráči holdují marihuaně, fanoušci na ně pokřikují, ať táhnou do práce. V tabulce klub ale postupuje výš a výš. Podaří se hráčům postoupit do vyšší ligy a přesvědčit okolí, že nejsou agresivní rváči, ale že si prostě jen chtějí zahrát fotbal?
