Poslední dva roky strávila Ewa Farna s kamerou v zádech. Kromě natáčení singlů, porotcování v polské verzi Superstar a spousty jiných aktivit se populární česko-polská zpěvačka připravovala na největší koncert ve své kariéře. U příležitosti oslav desetiletí na české hudební scéně loni v listopadu vystoupila v pražském Fóru Karlín. Kolem této události se také původně mělo točit dějství celého dokumentu.
Film Ewa Farna 10: Neznámá známá ale nakonec zpěvačku ukazuje v mnoha dalších polohách. V tomto období se totiž po dlouhých deseti letech nečekaně rozešla se svým managementem a na vlastní nohy se postavila i po stránce vydavatelské, když poslední singly vydala na vlastní značce.
Velkou změnou prošel i její osobní život, nedávno svým fanouškům oznámila, že se ze slečny stala vdanou paní. Jak je vidět, nikdo nepíše lepší scénář než život sám.
